    Typical salami from Calabria, the ‘Nduja is a sausage of soft texture and very spicy taste. Prepared mostly with pig fat with the addition of red hot chilly pepper, it is stuffed into natural casing before being smoked. Recommended recipe: eat with slices of toasted bread or use to make a special spicy pasta.
